Returns

Your piece of jewellery is made with care, however due to the delicate nature of the materials - and since it is handmade - sometimes, faults may occur. 

If your piece of jewellery is faulty, we will happily offer a replacement or refund, provided that your return is initiated within 10 days from the date of purchase.

✦ You have the option of exchanging your faulty piece for the same piece (provided the item is still in stock) or you may request a refund or store credit

✦ Please note that refunds will not be provided for change of mind

✦ If your bracelet has broken and it is outside the 10 day purchase window, please contact us for information on our repairs policy

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or are looking to exchange your jewellery due to change of mind, we will organise a store credit for the same value of your original purchase.

All exchange requests must be initiated within 10 days from the date of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please email returns@twiggycollective.com.

 Items for exchange must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and within the Twiggy Collective jewellery pouch they arrived in
